Mario Balotelli scores sweet goal three minutes into second AC Milan debut

After a year of hell in Liverpool the Italy international is keen to get his career back on track and he is already at work.

Balotelli, who scored 30 goals in 54 appearances for Milan during his first spell with the club picked up where he left on Thursday as he hit a wonder strike just three minutes into his first match with Milan in their 3-2 friendly victory over lower league, Lega Pro/A side Mantova.

Positioned outside the box, he received a sideways, cushioned pass from a team-mate before scoring the type of goal he failed to severally last season, nonchalantly curling a sumptuous first time, right footed shot into the bottom right hand corner from all of 25 yards.

Balotelli will hope this is the start of better things for him as he makes his return to Serie A.

The strike was the sort which he made his trademark during his first spell with Milan - an effortless, self-assured brilliance - which made him one of Europe's most potent strikers.
