PSG have been told what it will take them to sign the Portuguese superstar. The Paris club are long time admirers of the Madrid star.
They have now been told by the Spanish club's president Florentino Perez to shatter the transfer record if they wish to have his player.
The three time Balon d'or winner has long been linked with a move to PSG with speculation of a move happening next summer.
Speaking to Cadena COPE he said:
"If PSG want Ronaldo, it's easy: they have to pay the release clause: €1 billion.
"No-one is a prophet in football but we don't want to sell him in 2016. There are still three years left on his contract."
The Portuguese has so fa endured a goalless start to the season with no goal in five competitive matches so far.
