Chelsea landed Reading's Michael Hector. A player not known to the majority of Premier League supporters, for those fans who might have seen in FA cup action last season.

How old is he? Hector is a 23-year-old.
Nationality: Jamaican. Made his debut for Jamaica in June, at the Copa America.
First team debut? The centre back made his debut in January 2014 and gone on to make 54 appearances.
Loan spells? Hector has gone on nine temporary stints away from the Madejski Stadium. Spending time with Bracknell Town, Didcot Town, Havant and Waterlooville, Oxford City, Horsham, Dundalk, Barnet, Shrewsbury Town, Aldershot, Cheltenham and then Aberdeen.

Attributes: A big, strong, imposing centre-half. Rarely gets bullied by Championship strikers aerially, however struggles on the turn when going towards his own goal.
