Neymar outrightly dismisses rumored Man Utd move

After several days of speculation in the British media of Manchester United launching a mammoth bid for the Brazilian forward.

He moved to play down such rumours. The  Premier League giants were rumoured to be ready to sanction a world-record transfer for the 23 year old.

However the player himself has declared that he is totally happy to stay at Camp Nou.

The Brazil captain assured the Barcelona supporters of his intention to remain with the Champions League holders.

The 23-year-old who returned from illness to feature in Barca's 1-0 victory against Malaga on Saturday helped his side to their second win of the season at Camp Nou.

While speaking to TV3 he said:  "The people from Barca can be calm."

"When I hear things like this, I don't think anything. I just heard it and I am calm. I am very happy at Barca and with my colleagues."

The ex Santos man also spoke of how keen he is to continue his goalscoring exploits alongside Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez, while also continuing wining silverware:

"We can have a great season. I don't know if we can make as many goals but we are going to try to."

"We want titles for our team."
